Ozzy Cakes are baked from the freshest of ingredients, to strict Australian manufacturing conditions. Our cakes are frozen to retain their freshness.
With our cakes we only use the best and freshest ingredients, for example we use full fat fresh cream, Neufchatel cream cheese, lemon and orange juice. As well as grated carrot in our carrot cake.
Our premises are of high standards, were we have strict policies in every process of the manufacturing process, also supplying hospitals which is not easily done, as you have to have very high quality and strict processes, which includes full HACCP, maintenance, cleaning etc.
The Director of Ozzy Cakes is a fully qualified Chef, which was trained under one of Australia’s best chefs in Sydney, Australia.
Ozzy Cakes was born from the demand of high quality frozen cakes, once you have had a bite of our Ozzy Cakes you can’t stop! This is down to using only top quality products that marry well together, resulting in a beautiful moist cake, which you have to buy again and again.
Ozzy Cakes range is ever expanding due to new markets and the increasing demands of our customers, our current range spans from 8 inch round cakes perfect for birthday’s, 10 inch round cakes for the café and hotel markets, Slab cakes(large rectangle shaped 30cm x 40cm) for the functions, conferences and hotels market as well as our individually wrapped portion control range for the hospitals, hotels, tour groups, conferences, petrol stations and supermarket markets, these individually wrapped products can also be branded with your customers logo and details on them.
